Thursday – Running
2.97 miles in 26:32 for a pace of 8:56. These were the notes I left myself on RunKeeper (my most favorite running app ever): “Ran after dinner, which would like to reappear.” Ha.
Obviously, it was a busy week. I got a head start on this week already, though… I have high hopes! Hubby & I signed up for our first 5k of the season… September 29th. Here’s hoping for a PR!
