Week of Workouts: 7/8 – 7/14

Tuesday – Pilates

That first video?  Let’s just say that 4 days later, my obliques still hurt.

Friday – Running

2.07 miles in 17:49 for a pace of 8:37/mile.  It started pouring about a mile out, so I headed back home because I didn’t want my phone to get soaked.

Annnnnnd, that’s it.  My schedule next week lends itself much better to working out than it did this week, so here’s hoping!

Also, Happy Birthday to my Momma!!  I love you too much!!
