So, we’re playing Legos the other day and Bug asks me to build him an “airpane”. Then, he asks me to build him a “bigger airplane.” He’s got 2 Lego guys in the big plane and 1 in the small plane. He takes one of the guys from the big plane and walks him over to the small plane. Out of his mouth: “Do, do, do, do, do (as the guy is walking, obvi)… Hey, guy!” He takes the other guy from the small plane and walks him over to the small plane… “Do, do, do, do, do… Hey, guy!” You guys, I died. It was too cute.
Bug has been engaging in pretend play for quite some time now, but the fact that his little guys are now greeting each other and having little conversations is immensely entertaining.
OMG this would have had me in a fit of laughter! Cute-laughter, where they’re so darn cute you can’t wait to tell someone. So great that he’s into pretend play… the stuff that they make up, I swear!
